Shipping and delivery

Delivery area

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. We do not currently offer delivery abroad. You can select the available countries during checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs a flat CHF 6.90 per order, regardless of the number of packs. From an order value of CHF 55.00 we cover the shipping.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before you place your order bindingly.

Delivery time

Once your payment has come in, we prepare the parcel. Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 working days. This figure is a guideline. At peak times, or if the carrier is delayed, it can take a little longer.

We will name the shipping partner as soon as the shipping process is finally set up.

Packaging

We package as sparingly as possible and as protectively as necessary. Our products are packed in Siselen in the canton of Bern.

Damaged or missing parcels

Benefit and risk pass to you only upon delivery to your delivery address. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at christian.lito@mygymer.ch. We will arrange a replacement or refund the amount. The legal details are set out in clause 4 of our Terms.

Returns

Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. As this is a food product, we do not voluntarily take back goods once they have been delivered either. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect remain unaffected. More on this in clauses 5 and 6 of the Terms.
