Are the crisps fried?
Yes, in a vacuum. At low pressure water boils at a lower temperature, so the vegetables turn crisp more gently than with ordinary frying. The crisps are made in Siselen in the canton of Bern.
What is in them besides vegetables?
No artificial flavourings, no colourings. The taste comes from the vegetables themselves. The full list of ingredients and the allergen information are printed on the packaging.
How long do they keep?
Unopened, the crisps keep for a long time, stored cool and dry and without refrigeration. The exact date is printed on every bag. Once opened, close the bag tightly, otherwise the crisps draw moisture and lose their bite.
How big is a bag?
A bag holds 80 g. Because the water has been taken out, there is far more vegetable in it than the weight suggests. Orders start at three bags, in packs of 3, 6 or 12.

Can I order just one bag?
No, the shop sells the crisps from three bags up: in packs of 3, 6 or 12. For larger quantities, for a shop or an event for example, write to us via wholesale.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. After your order comes in, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. You will find all the details under Shipping and delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs CHF 6.90. From an order value of CHF 55.00 we deliver free of charge.
Which payment methods are available?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, handled by Stripe. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our own servers.
Can I return my order?
Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, and we currently do not grant a voluntary right of return either. If something is defective or the delivery is wrong, please contact us straight away and we will find a solution. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect apply as a matter of course. The carrots and beetroot grow on a farm in Iffwil. In Siselen they are vacuum-fried and packed. Both places are in the canton of Bern, 28 km apart.
